Learn To Knit Lace
Have you ever wanted to take an in-depth lace knitting journey inspired by the gentle breath of a warm spring day?
One with an extremely talented designer?
Then you won’t want to miss our Seasons Club this spring because it is all about exploring lace!
In this series of accompanying workshops, Carol will walk you through reading lace charts, keeping track of repeats, and fixing mistakes where possible.
Meet The Designer
This season's designer is Bristol Ivy.
We have so much admiration for Bristol Ivy’s designs; interesting constructions, well-written patterns, and wearable striking designs.
This season she has designed a wonderful lace shawl that you can practice your skills and learn new ones, with. The stitch pattern is not too complex, but it’s all about repetition with lace.
You can find out more about Bristol on Bristolivy.com.
Club Details
The Spring Season will be open for new sign-ups from 8pm on the 1st of March until the 15th of March (or while stocks last). We have very limited stock of some colours, so if you want to ensure your colour pick order early!
The packages will be shipped out in early-April (full club members only), and the pattern will be sent to you via email on the 19th of April.
You will also have access to your digital content on the 19th of April. There will be updates in both our Knithub and our Facebook group when all of this happens, and we will, of course, be sharing on our social channels.

With Angle Sock Yarn
If you would like yarn included with your club we offer the 'Full Club' option.
Along with all the digital aspects of the club, you will also receive brand new yarn that you won’t want to put down. Life in the Long Grass has custom dyed the softest yarn for us you’ve ever come across, ‘Angel Sock’.
This yarn is 70% Baby Alpaca, 20% Silk, 10% Cashmere and is a dream to knit with. In this installment you will get 2 skeins of your chosen colour, so a whopping 876 yds / 800 m of yarn.
Your chosen yarn will be shipped in early-April.
But which yarn option will you choose?👇
Meet Your Teacher
Carol Feller trained initially as a textile artist and then as a structural engineer. While both of these backgrounds are very different the influences can be seen in her design work which is well-shaped, flattering to wear and enjoyable to knit.
Carol has been widely published in books and magazine and travels the world teaching in yarn shops and fibre festivals. The classes she teaches cover a wide range of subjects from cables and chart reading, through garment shaping and customisation right through to short rows and colourwork. In her classes you'll move from learning the basics to refining your knitting skills and fixing problems.
Reviews
Thank goodness for the Teachable lessons. It is so obvious when Carol demonstrates, and I am sure I could work it out for myself, but it does take the stress out of getting it wrong.

Participated in 4 Seasons so far. I love being able to refer to the videos when needed and work at my own pace. Suitable for all levels of knitters. I have learned a lot and really enjoy the experience.
