Sample was knit using:
C1: Stolen Stitches ‘Nua’ (60% Merino, 20% Yak, 20% Linen; 153 yds / 140 m per 1.76 oz / 50 g); 3 skeins; Colour, August Storms (9809)
C2: Fyberspates ‘Faery Wings’ (69% Mulberry Silk, 23% Mohair, 9% Polyamide; 191 yds / 175 m per 1.76 oz / 50 g); 3 skeins; Colour, Magenta (09)
Approximate Yardage: C1: 407 yds / 373 m, C2: 475 yds / 435 m plus extra 25 yds / 21 m approx of C2 for tassels if desired
NEEDLES & NOTIONS
US size 6 / 4 mm circular needles, 24” / 60 cm long
Always use a needle size that gives you the gauge listed, as every knitter’s gauge is unique.
Tapestry needle, 2 safety pins, cable needle (cn), 6 stitch markers, blocking wires useful but not essential.
GAUGE
18 sts and 32 rows = 4” / 10 cm in Double Garter Stitch blocked
